At Hope Church, we believe finding our next Senior Pastor is about more than filling a position, it is about discerning who God is calling to shepherd our church into its next season.

We have been intentionally praying for a pastor before a professional: someone deeply rooted in Jesus, grounded in Biblical truth, led by the Holy Spirit, humble and collaborative in leadership, and genuinely passionate about loving people and making disciples.

We are praying for a shepherd who will seek God’s vision for CTK Hope, honor what He is already doing here, and lead alongside our church family as we continue bringing Biblical hope to the Skagit Valley and beyond.

We trust Jesus as the Chief Shepherd of His Church, and we are expectant for the person He is preparing for this next chapter.
