Missional Life - Week #4 By Timothy Moore
Asexual Fission
God’s mission involves multiplication.
Why should we aim for a missional life? Because we are made in the image of God and God is a missionary!
Imago Dei = image of God (two primary words) ‘Worth’ and ‘Will’
- It is God revealing Himself.
- It is God calling people to Himself.
- It is God weaving our lives into Himself.
- It is about us joining God Himself in His mission.
Joining God: Not doing things for Him…but WITH Him.
Understanding the Bible - 2 Timothy 2:15
Personalize the Missio Dei to know what God is saying to you!
How is God revealing Himself to me? How is God drawing me closer to Himself? How is God leading me to weave my life into His? How is God leading me, in this moment, to join Him in His mission?
