Jesus on... - Stewardship - Rejecting the Money God By Elijah Tadema & Timothy Moore Ephesians 4:12 Matthew 14:17‭-‬21 Matthew 6:24 Psalm 24:1 Galatians 3:13 Romans 8:1-2

Tithe= 10% of your paycheck, an offering is above and beyond.

We operate completely on the tithes and offerings of our people who attend here

Where does our tithe money go? Regular operating costs 1- Bills 2- Ministry Expenses 3- Staff Payroll

Money is not bad, but it is a very bad god.

The way to reject money as a god is to practice stewardship.

Stewardship is protecting and expanding the assets of an owner.

Step One: Reject an ownership mentality.

Step Two: Adopt a biblical pattern of giving.

Tithes and Offerings - Malachi 3:8-11

Why do we give tithes and offerings? To reject money as a false god. Matthew 6:24 To honor God who gives us everything. Psalm 23:1

(Provision) God will “open the windows of heaven and pour out blessing” (abundant supply) (Protection) God will protect your work and make it fruitful (more productive)

Giving to the Lord begins by giving yourself.
