In the interest of maintaining the safety and security of all employees, volunteers and families, Christ the King Skagit (CTK Hope Church) will order a background check or “investigative consumer report" on you in connection with your volunteer application. The background check company, Protect My Ministry or Intelius, will prepare the background report for Christ the King Skagit (CTK Hope Church) I understand that CTK Skagit (CTK Hope Church) will run a background check/investigative report using Protect My Ministry, Intelius or other background check systems deemed necessary to ascertain any criminal background history on record. This information will not be used for purposes of employment but may be used to determine levels of access in the ministry. This report will not be shared, outside of CTK Skagit (CTK Hope Church) leadership.
